Not so smart card

Hopefully, public awareness will rise in Australian about the negative aspects of the so-called 'smart-card' (ie Privacy concerns). This is a similar proposal to the Australia Card in the 1980s, however because of the advances in technology (ie. data mining, and data matching), the stakes are a lot higher.
