The Management of Savagery

I published the CIA’s 1963 torture manual (or ‘interrogation’) the other day on this blog, but in all fairness to deliberation, I should also provide a link to this “The Management of Savagery”. It is a Jihad manual translated in May of this year, about the conflict with the West (note the references to the use of the media as part of their strategic battle).
