Developed by Christine Davis, this unrelenting genius and food obsessed diva from New Zealand has created an amazingly powerful tagging tool. It is so sophisticated and complex, even though it is also basically easy, that it is intimidating at first. So take your time. And if you need help, she’s there for you.
Also, see help for this plugin (you will need it). If you are after an easier version (like the one that I use), try Polymorph. It creates category clouds easily.
